Rebuilding Himself After Challenges
Now, Tarek, who is 37 years old, admitted that he has transformed significantly over the years. "I’ve absolutely changed a lot," he told Us Weekly. "How I think, how I feel, my mindset, my thoughts on things—everything has shifted. I’ve completely rebuilt myself, and it feels incredible." When Tarek and Christina, formerly known as Christina El Moussa, announced their split in 2016, it came as a shock to their fans. But what followed was a journey of self-discovery and personal growth for Tarek.

Tarek is a devoted father to his two children with Christina—daughter Taylor, who is 8, and son Brayden, who is 3. From battling cancer to going through a divorce, which was absolutely debilitating for me," he said. "I know what real pain feels like, and when I look back on it now, I realize how much stronger I’ve become. The scars of his failed marriage may have faded with time, but there’s more good news for Tarek. Not only has he healed emotionally, but he’s also cancer-free. "My doctor told me that I don’t need any more tests, and I’m completely clear," he shared with excitement. "It’s such a relief to know I’m cancer-free. Looking Forward
With his health back on track, the only thing missing from Tarek’s life is a significant other. "My life is going really well right now, and I couldn’t be happier," he revealed. "The only thing I’m missing is a best friend, someone to share my life with. I do miss having that connection." While Christina has moved on and is expecting her first child with her new husband, Ant Anstead, Tarek isn’t in any rush. "I’m thinking about it, and I’m hopeful.
