Whoopi Returns to 'The View' with a candid Health Update

When Whoopi Goldberg joined her co-hosts on the April 8 episode of The View, she brought the audience up to speed on her health journey. Despite battling double pneumonia and sepsis earlier, the 63-year-old revealed that she was feeling much better. However, she admitted to checking herself into the hospital again at the start of April due to a 24-hour bug that landed her back in the medical facility. "It’s why I missed y’all on Thursday," she explained with her signature charm. Thankfully, she assured everyone that the illness had come and gone just as quickly as it arrived.
