In her post, Daphne shared a sweet snap of her burgeoning baby bump with a caption that practically radiated excitement. “I do love to cook! Bun in the oven #4 coming your way later this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” the 33-year-old captioned the photo, making it clear that this happy news is just the beginning of a family adventure.
Now, let’s rewind a bit. Daphne and John, who happens to be a financial analyst and hedge fund manager, tied the knot back in August 2010, and they’ve been building their family ever since. Their first bundle of joy, daughter Philomena “Philo” Bijou Jovanovic, arrived in 2014. Then, in 2015, they welcomed their second child, son Jovan “John-John” Jovanovic. And just when we thought they’d stopped at three, baby number three, daughter Domenica “Nica” Celine Jovanovic, made her entrance in 2017. Just a few months ago, during an interview with MINI Magazine's summer 2018 issue, Daphne opened up about her heartfelt desire to expand her family. But, in true Daphne fashion, she admitted that she wasn’t in any rush to have more children. “I love [motherhood]. I think there’s a part of me that worries I’ll miss any version [of my children]. These kids are all so different. They come out with these little personalities intact, and there are all these iterations of what you can create, so I want to see some more versions,” she explained with sincerity.
But, of course, Daphne added a touch of wisdom to her thoughts. “But I’m also not in a rush. I want to enjoy it. I want my kids to enjoy their little moment in the sun too,” she said, reminding us that every phase of parenthood is precious and fleeting.
