Stevie Nicks, the legendary rock star, continues to captivate audiences with her electrifying performances. Swirling on stage in her signature high-heeled boots, flowing dresses, and shawls, she defies the passage of time. This winter, she's globe-trotting on the second leg of Fleetwood Mac's world tour, thrilling fans across the globe. In late March, she'll make history as the first woman to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame both as a solo artist and as part of a band. Speaking to Rolling Stone in late February, the 70-year-old music icon expressed her hope that this recognition would inspire women to pursue their musical dreams. "Maybe this will open doors for women to fight to make their own music," she said with enthusiasm.

A Legacy in Motion

For nearly five decades, Stevie Nicks has been a rock star, and her creative spirit shows no signs of slowing down. Despite her long and illustrious career, she remains committed to writing new songs daily and has an ambitious list of goals ahead. "At the ripe and totally young age of 70, my voice hasn’t changed," she proudly stated. "As long as I take care of myself, I am still going to be doing this when I’m 80." The singer, who joined Fleetwood Mac in 1975 and enjoyed a chart-topping solo career in the 1980s, has plans to record another album, create a miniseries, and even return for another appearance on American Horror Story. Her dedication to her craft is as strong as ever.

With a playful laugh, Stevie quipped, "I tell myself, do it now, because you’re spry, you’re in good shape, you can still do the splits, you can still dance on stage and wear a short skirt and 6-inch heels." Her energy and passion for her craft remain undiminished, proving that age is just a number when it comes to following your dreams.

In her younger years, Stevie was known for her high-profile romances with Fleetwood Mac's Lindsey Buckingham and Mick Fleetwood, as well as the Eagles' Don Henley. However, she currently has no room in her life for a romantic partner. "I’m not in a relationship and haven’t been in one for a long time," she revealed. Having been married briefly in the 1980s and never having children, Stevie has chosen a life of freedom. "When I was 20, 30, 40, I always had a boyfriend—always," she recalled. "But I’ve decided I’m just going to be free and follow my muse and do whatever I want, because I’m 70 years old and I can. That’s my choice."
