"I think that most of the stories that have been written about them are probably true otherwise Kensington Palace would have come down on them like a tonne of bricks," Jobson explained. "I think most of it is probably true." One of the more explosive tales involves an alleged incident where Meghan, 37, supposedly made Prince William's wife, also 37, tear up during a dress fitting for Princess Charlotte leading up to the royal wedding.
Jobson went on to elaborate, saying, "Whether or not there were reports Kate cried over the way her daughter was treated, I don’t know if that’s true or not, but there’s clearly been some confrontation." At 74 years old, he shared with The Sun, "If there is any animosity between Meghan and Kate they should put their differences aside." He added, "I’m very upset by the criticism Meghan is getting. I don’t think she deserves it and I don’t think she is doing one-third of the things she is being accused of doing."
