When country music icon Carrie Underwood graced the red carpet at the 2018 CMT Artists of The Year award show on October 17, she didn’t shy away from being candid about her current pregnancy. Now in her second round of motherhood, Carrie admitted that while things are going smoothly this time around, it’s undoubtedly more challenging than her first. "It's definitely different than the first time," Carrie revealed to ET. "They say every pregnancy is unique, and that's absolutely true. Different symptoms, different experiences. This one feels a little tougher on my body, but overall, it's been really good."
Looking radiant in a stunning Tadashi Shoji long-sleeve sequin dress with a cutout detail just below the collarbone, Carrie showed off her growing baby bump in style. The vibrant electric blue gown not only highlighted her glowing complexion but also accentuated her figure perfectly. When asked about her fashion choices these days, the "Cry Pretty" singer joked, "I'm squeezing myself into whatever dresses I can manage to fit into these days." With her baby due in early 2019, Carrie remains as stylish and graceful as ever.

Family Life: Carrie and Mike’s Journey as Parents
Carrie, now 35, is happily married to former NHL star Mike Fisher, 38, and together they share a three-year-old son named Isaiah. The proud mom revealed to ET that Isaiah is thrilled about becoming a big brother, though he does have one condition. "He says he won't change any poopy diapers," Carrie confessed with a laugh. "I get it, maybe I can change his mind eventually."

Carrie has high hopes for how Isaiah will handle his new role as a big brother. In an interview with CMT's Cody Alan back in August, she shared how she and Mike broke the news to their eldest child about the upcoming addition to the family. Interestingly, Carrie suspects Isaiah might have figured it out on his own. She explained that it happened during a summer day spent at a lake with friends. As her baby bump started to show, Isaiah was sitting nearby, staring intently at her belly. "He began poking it with his little hands," Carrie recalled. "I thought he was going to lean in for a kiss, imagining it would be this sweet moment. Somehow, he just knew." It's moments like these that remind us of the magical connection between parent and child.
