Out of all the women Ryan has dated in the past, Kelly, 48, and Mark, 47, believe Shayna is the one Ryan should settle down with. But here’s the kicker: Ryan hasn’t even bought an engagement ring yet because he’s still trying to gather the courage to take that big step. “Ryan is scared, but he trusts Kelly,” the insider added. “He loves what she and Mark have and is slowly warming up to the idea of marriage.”

Ryan knows Kelly is one of his most trusted friends and would never steer him wrong. Given that Kelly and Mark have noticed how great Shayna is for Ryan, they’ve been urging him to tie the knot before it’s too late. “They ganged up on Ryan and told him he needs to pop the question or else he’ll lose Shayna,” another source told Life & Style. “They reminded Ryan he’s not getting any younger and won’t find anyone better than Shayna.”
