Hey there, folks. Let's talk about TV star Savannah Guthrie, who recently gave the Keto diet a whirl. Savannah, at 46, has joined the ranks of celebs who've tested the waters with this trendy eating plan. But guess what? So far, it hasn't been her cup of tea. The Keto diet is all about cutting carbs drastically and replacing them with fats, which supposedly helps your body burn fat more efficiently. However, Savannah hasn’t seen much success with it.
She opened up about her experience on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, saying, “It’s not even doing anything. I haven’t lost a single thing! Not an ounce. It’s clear she’s keeping her sense of humor about it, even if the results aren’t what she hoped for.

Help me transition,’” Joy joked. “This diet is tough, folks. It’s fine as a quick reset, maybe for a week or two, but that’s about it.”
Joy went on to explain why the Keto diet might not be the best long-term solution. “It’s super high in fat, incredibly high, and it’s extremely low in protein and carbs. Trying to stick with that is a real challenge. Honestly, it breaks my heart to think about a diet that cuts out so many fruits and veggies. They’re packed with nutrients your body craves!”

What’s Next for Savannah?
As of now, Savannah hasn’t spilled the beans on whether she’ll try another diet. But host Andy Cohen couldn’t resist teasing her about it. “Joy, isn’t it funny sometimes when super-smart
