Let me tell you a story about love that started with a simple request for a pot. Yes, a pot! Who would have thought that something as mundane as borrowing a cooking utensil could lead to a lifelong partnership? Former Hardy Boys star Parker Stevenson and chef Lisa Schoen tied the knot on September 29, and it all began when Lisa, being the great neighbor she is, asked Parker if she could borrow a large pot. To show her appreciation, she returned it filled with what Parker described as the best chicken soup he'd ever had. That’s how you win someone’s heart—through their stomach.
From Soup to "I Do": A Love Story
Parker Stevenson, who has been in the acting world for decades, found love again with Lisa Schoen, a chef whose culinary skills have graced the tables of industry executives, celebrities, and athletes for the past 20 years. It’s a match made in heaven, folks. This isn't Parker's first rodeo—he has two children, William, 26, and Lillie, 24, from his previous marriage to Kirstie Alley—but it's clear that Lisa has brought a new kind of joy into his life. The couple celebrated their union at the picturesque Demetria Vineyards in Los Olivos, California, before jetting off to Israel for their honeymoon. Mazel tov to the newlyweds!

Parker’s Other Great Love: Photography
Now, while Lisa is undoubtedly the love of Parker’s life, let’s not forget his other great passion—photography. At 66, Parker Stevenson is not just about acting anymore. During an interview with Smashing Interviews Magazine back in 2013, he shared his deep affection for photography. Parker mentioned that although he still acts, his primary focus is on his photography career. “I get up in the morning and edit photos, make calls to line up shoots. This is really where my focus is,” he said, emphasizing how photography has become a major part of his life.

Parker also reflected on his acting career, particularly his role as Frank Hardy in the 70s. He admitted, “I do wonder if I should have been shooting all along instead of acting.” He explained that his journey into acting was somewhat accidental. “You can’t go back, but I had come out of Princeton not quite ready to commit to architecture and was going to NYU business school when I got offered The Hardy Boys. I thought, ‘Oh, okay. I’ll go do this for a bit.’ That really sent me off on that path. I had already done three features and 120 commercials and had worked a lot, but that really kind of set me going forward more purposefully in acting,” he revealed.
