There’s nothing quite like a mom sharing her heart and home on social media, and Erin Napier is doing just that. The beloved Home Town star recently gave fans a peek at her daughter Mae’s adorable new bedroom decor. It’s a space that’s as charming as it is whimsical, and it’s stealing the hearts of her followers.

Mae’s Magical New Bedroom Unveiled

In a sweet Instagram post, Erin, 39, shared a snapshot of her 3-year-old daughter Mae sitting cozily in her bed. Above her hangs a delicate canopy, creating an enchanting focal point in the room. The caption reads, “Big sissy has a net, baby sis needed one too.” It’s a nod to her eldest daughter Helen’s bedroom, which features a similar canopy. The walls are adorned with a lush green floral wallpaper, and a charming lamp hangs nearby, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

Details That Make Mae’s Room Special

As we zoom in on Mae’s adorable setup, we notice the little details that make this room truly special. Mae is clutching a book to her chest, surrounded by her favorite stuffed animals. Her bedspread is a perfect match for the wallpaper—white with green floral accents, tying the entire look together seamlessly. The room feels like a little sanctuary designed with love, and it’s clear that Erin put a lot of thought into every element.

  • One commenter reminisced, “I used to have a similar canopy when my daughter was young,” while another gushed, “Wonderful room for that precious girl! Love love the paper!” It’s no surprise that fans are swooning over the thoughtful design choices that make Mae’s room feel like a dream come true.

    A Trip Down Memory Lane

Erin’s followers may recall a similar post from earlier this year when she shared a photo of Helen’s bedroom. At the time, Erin joked about solving a “mosquito problem” with the addition of a canopy above Helen’s bed. The room featured a canopy that became an instant favorite for her daughter. Helen’s walls boast colorful wallpaper filled with trees and wildlife, and her bed rests on a tan and white area rug, framed by beautiful brown wooden bars at the head and foot.

One fan commented on the Helen post, “Oh my goodness! My sister and I absolutely had these nets as preteens, and we LOVED them! Felt like we were royalty every morning waking up to that view.” It’s clear that canopies have a way of sparking joy and creating magical memories for kids—and adults alike.

Erin’s Country Roots Inspire Family Life

Erin and her husband, Ben Napier, have deep roots in the countryside. They own a craftsman cottage in Laurel, Mississippi, and a vacation home nestled in the countryside. Erin spoke candidly about her childhood and how it shaped her vision for her daughters’ upbringing.

“I grew up on a 40-acre chicken farm, and every time a new batch of chicks arrived, I’d pick one to be my pet,” Erin shared with Southern Living. “Back then, my playtime was all about climbing trees and digging for arrowheads in the woods. That’s not something our girls can do in town, so I want their bathwater to be dirty at the end of the day—it means they weren’t just glued to screens.”

    A Tudor-Style Dream Home

Erin’s love for the Tudor-style architecture of their vacation home is palpable. “We just had to get this house because of its British charm,” she explained. “It’s like stepping into a different world—almost as if you’ve traveled across the ocean. The dark wood and cozy rooms make it feel like you’re sitting by a roaring fire. It’s absolutely my dream home.”

  • Since purchasing the property, fans have been treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the renovations through the couple’s Instagram updates. The exterior of the home is just as stunning as the interior, all thanks to Ben’s creative vision.

“I’ve always been fascinated by the stacked stone walls you see in the Scottish and English countrysides,” Ben, 40, wrote in an Instagram caption. “It took me two years to gather all the materials I wanted to use. These stones are from the Ozark mountains, but I found them on Facebook Marketplace in Brooklyn—not the famous one, the one near Camp Shelby. I’m not a Freemason or anything, but I just kept adjusting the stones until they felt solid. More updates coming soon, but let me know what you’re curious about!”
