It’s been nearly three decades since Nancy O’Dell graced the stage as Miss South Carolina, but she still looks like she could walk right back onto that pageant stage today. At 51 years old, the co-host of Entertainment Tonight has managed to maintain her youthful glow and timeless beauty. While she’s never publicly confirmed whether she’s had any cosmetic procedures, some experts have weighed in with their professional opinions, pointing out subtle hints that suggest she might have had a little help along the way.
Dr. Gary Goldenberg, a dermatologist who has not treated Nancy, shared his thoughts with Life & Style. “It seems like she’s had some contouring done using fillers, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s used laser resurfacing or micro-needling to keep her skin looking so radiant,” he said. “The results are impressive. She looks youthful, but in a way that’s still appropriate for her age. It’s a great balance.”

Experts Agree: Subtle Enhancements Make All the Difference
Dr. Neekan Rivera, another dermatology expert, praised Nancy’s subtle approach to enhancing her natural beauty. “She’s made some changes, but they’re so understated that you hardly notice them,” Dr. Rivera explained. “It’s impressive how natural everything looks.” Meanwhile, cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Mark believes Nancy’s secret lies in a combination of great genetics and strategic injections. “I think she’s used Botox in her forehead and Voluma in her cheeks,” Dr. Mark said. “But the end result is so natural. She’s really preserved her original beauty.”
One of the standout features of Nancy’s appearance is her smooth, wrinkle-free forehead. “Her forehead is incredibly smooth,” Dr. Goldenberg noted. “It’s likely she’s been getting Botox treatments for quite some time now.” These treatments typically cost between $900 and $1,200 per session. Dr. Mark also suspects Nancy has used Voluma, which can range from $1,300 to $2,000, to give her cheeks a fuller, more youthful appearance. However, he suggests she might want to ease up on the filler in the mid-cheek area. “She’s got a bit of that chipmunk look going on,” he joked.
The Science Behind Her Radiant Skin
Dr. Rivera was particularly impressed by Nancy’s skin tone and texture. “Her complexion is noticeably better than it was before,” she observed. “It’s even and flawless, which is often achieved through laser resurfacing.” This procedure can cost anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000, depending on the extent of the treatment. Dr. Mark also pointed out Nancy’s jawline as a major highlight. “It’s too perfect to be achieved with just fillers,” he remarked. “I think she’s probably used Ultherapy, which can run from $2,500 to $5,500, for a non-surgical lift.”
Despite the speculation, all the experts agree that Nancy has done an excellent job of aging gracefully. “She’s maintained her natural beauty beautifully,” Dr. Mark praised. Dr. Rivera echoed this sentiment, adding, “She’s aged with elegance and poise. It’s inspiring to see someone embrace their journey while still taking care of themselves.”
