Throwback to Meghan and Harry's Special Day
As the first anniversary of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding approaches, their close friend Jessica Mulroney is reminiscing about the magical day. The renowned Canadian stylist took to Instagram on April 22 to share a heartfelt throwback photo from the unforgettable ceremony that took place on May 19, 2018. Now, as we near the one-year mark, it's a moment to look back at the joy and excitement that surrounded the union of these two incredible individuals.
“Almost a year ago … Google reminded me,” Jessica wrote in the caption of the photo she shared. The image she posted shows her twin sons, Brian and John, who are both eight years old, proudly holding the train of Meghan’s breathtaking veil as she made her grand entrance at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The photo captures the essence of the day, filled with tradition, elegance, and a touch of modernity that perfectly reflected the couple’s personalities.

Jessica's Kids Played a Key Role in the Wedding
During the ceremony, Jessica’s twin boys, Brian and John, had the honor of carrying Meghan’s long veil as she walked gracefully down the aisle to meet her prince charming, Prince Charles accompanying her. Jessica, who hails from Canada, also had her five-year-old daughter, Ivy, playing an essential role in the wedding. Ivy carried Meghan’s bouquet after the children walked past Harry and Meghan at the altar, adding a sweet touch to the ceremony.

According to Ben Mulroney, Jessica’s husband and a Canadian television host, Ivy quickly bonded with the other bridesmaids, making “very good friends” with them. Speaking to Your Morning shortly after the wedding, Ben, who is 43 years old, mentioned that the kids had the chance to bond during the rehearsals and a few gatherings before the big day. “They sort of came together in a little bit of a ‘club’ before this happened,” he explained, highlighting the special camaraderie that formed among the young participants.
